I’m homosexual and have been long before it was fashionable to be gay. What irks me to no end can be boiled down to two related concepts:

-that the Democratic Party is somehow my savior as a gay man and

-that suddenly, now that it’s de rigeur to be a member of the community that there has suddenly become a mass proliferation of wannabes and in every size, shape and form.

No longer is it just the basic gay, lesbian, bisexual and intersex (with a few genuine transsexuals) people. Now we have the neurodiverse, the asexual, the pansexual, the queer (just socially? I really think this term is just a catch-all), the polyamorous, etc. Suddenly everyone is LGBTQIANPP+.

For those of us who have lived for years when it wasn’t popular to be other than heterosexual these trendy fair weather friends today are making the entire community pariahs again if not laughable. The terms gay and homosexual have become diluted to the point where they are being treated as political words and not representative of actual people.

The Democrats, in their sanctimonious and censorious approach to any issue in vogue for voting purposes, have somehow taken it upon themselves to speak for me which might be fine if they didn’t force my existence down the throats of everyone.

I am glad you waited to read this one Thomas Cleary. It always seems to be the case that I make sense, but while I seem to make sense, sometimes it takes awhile to get all the words to line up and serve my cause. I have ideas; then, subsequently, over time I have to (NOPE: 'need to' is more correct) elucidate the points of logic or tease it out. So, on this one I thought while writing it that I had been very inspired. Even though I had not explained it clearly, I didn't care. I saw greatness in it. Of course, I just HAD to hit "publish." Wow. I am a wack-ass. I guess so, since time does not exist in my mind. (As a musician, I can feel an infinite stretch of time between two eight notes. How that works I don't know.) I am Autistic. I cannot wait until some later time, since that could mean forever and I think "the people" need my work now! So, in this case after a week or two I had 17 views. I don't know how that works (word of mouth? ha ha.) but I figured maybe something was wrong because 17 is a bit low. I re-wrote. And boy. I was amazed. "What a difference a day makes..." I re-wrote maybe the first half. I think a little more. And boy what a difference that made! So you got the update this time and Hallelujah that you waited!

Now Thomas Cleary, I cannot understand for the life of me how did them gays even SURVIVE in the old day. In the dark days of yore before the emergence of these 'Woke' activists! OMG! They need that crowd to defend them? Jews survived, Blacks survived, homo-erotic people too. The "homosexual" was held to be highly, highly suspect. And even some of THEM achieved greatness, in literature and elsewhere. People can survive. They always do. They don't need the New Left Liberals. They survived all those years in a dangerous, deadly world. And now comparatively speaking "the coast is clear." And here come the new breed of race warriors with their rain banners!!!! My my my.

Thomas, these people are CRAZY. One will not get done counting how many logical contradictions there are because the most important thing to note is that something badly wrong mentally in some persons. These persons stopped making sense a long time ago. So did Democratic politicians apparetenly. I mean, a TRANS athlete (if a "former" male) naturally has an unfair advantage. Any reasonable person can see this by just thinking it over. And then truthfully they also exclude persons like me (I am Autistic and always held more or less the more liberal point of view - more or less). So. Aren't THEY being exclusionary? What what method do they use? They exclude persons. If they accuse persons, saying "you are not doing the right thing on RACE," so YOU are "racist," etc. then race is still the basis. It is all about race and certain persons are being excluded and discriminated against based on the idea of race. Or in my case: they will not let me be BOTH both supportive of Autistic people in general (and performance artists, whom I love) and opposed to the New Liberal Extremism currently popular. Suddenly, new rules for who is GOOD and who is BAD are in place, and only certain TYPES of autistic (it's a capitol "A" only when I am referring to myself) persons are indemnified as okay people. They approve a certain KIND of autistic person. And now the kind that I am is may not be listened to or understood. The whole discussion is now poisoned. Not understanding a certain kind of person = prejudice. When exclusionary rules are put into force, there is no difference if it is 'Woke' ideology making the rules or if the KKK is making the rules for everyone (once I read an article somewhere that claimed there are three historical versions of this organization, the KKK. So maybe it depends partially on which KKK, which helps explain that they have very deep roots. So, I think there are three historical iterations. The first KKK seems to have elicited more sympathy and we should try to understand what the appeal might have been. In the thirties (from yet another article or book) there were posters put up in rural areas inviting "all socialists and KKK" to the coming get-together).

Very true. If some group wants to put words in my mouth they better be very careful their hand doesn’t get bitten.
