Because there are always differences between people, it is always possible that some are behind and others are the ones who far ahead. But for all of the two-dimensional persons it is all the same. It is a rat race to hell. Leave those cardboard people be. Amongst them, there is no way to tell if anyone is better or worse. We have no way of knowing who in general is better—no idea at all—how would you know? The principle we live by in this political state is that they all have the same rights. And, truly, we do not know which ones are more advanced and so they have equal rights—but that should also include the right to get left behind a 2-D world. That is up to you. Probably, you take I-90 to Shaumburg and just pull off. Raise a family in Shaumburg, Ill. We cannot expect that everyone is the same. Some will die before others do. Some die quicker because not everyone is the same, after all, and persons make choices.
But they are not dead yet. And if that time has not come, we are all members of one (but not Cherokee) nation. We are Americans — of eleven different sorts. Everybody wants to be somebody. Not everyone is totally there at the higher consciousness level. But we can’t all be Shrley MacLaine. It makes no difference what your progress is so far, in getting there. You are welcome to take part in the affairs of the human race and the planet. Maybe success is not even what it is said to be. Success may just put one closer to the fire; so just be a nobody. Being a nobody is a good thing. Let the elites leave other persons alone. Let them be nobody; don’t judge them. Stop being stupid
I do not care how you measure success. Money is the denominator of success, as you are aware. After that, we need to see what they can do for others, without focing them to do anything. Those are the two poles of success for a society. It does not matter what anyone says about it. You either have it or you do not. Whether you offer some to the poor is purely up to you. Your money is your success, but of course you need to do something honorable with it.
Otherwise, as a 2D person you are free to live your life. No one has the right to rule you or boss you around.
It is not such a bad song! Simple, and yet vey well-done. Really.
Something More
In a free trade system, money is the denominator of success. But this is an awkward and unnatural situation. There is distress at all periods of capitalist development—not just the end stage but though the whole capitalistic period of time. So, it is an unnatural situation in any case, resulting in much distress. It is only one system and ou specific “unregulated” kind of capitalism is also only one system (within capitalism). Most systems, such as Islamic systems don’t allow their people to only look at money as the denominator of success. Once you allow money and finance to contol vast resources you also create dangers and you society will have to account fo that. So it does not seem surprising that it turns out that the nations that trade money turn out to be the biggest supplies of weapons.
So, my argument here is this. Where money is the only thing, injustices pop up. If not immediately, at some point. This is inherent in any money system that is of the specifically “unregulated” type. Of course, some people defend it. “Everything happens by itself” was the central lie of the pure free-maket mentality. Suddenly in capitalism eveything happens by itself. This absurdity has mostly died off now. But what will we replace it by? We still place money font and center and claim it has magical propeties. It doesn’t, though! This is idiot b.s.
Actually (or: “in my view”), the nation could move on to a different form of capitalism in which the idea that anybody who tries to make money will automatically do what is best is no longer an idea that is followed. There is no reason to be upset about changing the economic rules because societies, in paticular modern ones, are going to have to constantly change. So moving to a different stage should not be something that is upsetting. Nobody has the right to interfere with progress. It should be peacefully accepted that make sense to stay in this idea in which money is the only denominator of success and the whole society just works so wonderfully this way. That system is going to need to be replaced, eventually, or we just all die!
There is only one way to do that (revisit capitalism, create a revised system). The only way to move on to a better system is to put the authority in place for a lot of economic interventions. But it is our economic mentality that stops us. Adherence to the wong ideas will prevent us from doing the things we should do. I suggest “intelligent regulation” as a new policy. Leave behind the idea of “do not interfere.”
And why is it so difficult? Because the current sort of economics benefits only one sort of person. We are unable to move because the vital element of economic thought (thinking in the area of economics) is mired in the characteristic mode of expression of the producer class. This view promotes a peculiar set of values. Though these beliefs we act as if trade itself is always something good, so the more the better? Regardless of the item being traded, the traders always need freedom to do whatever they want, the sanctity of “private” property, etc. These are the strange ideas. But why should there not be sanctity of public goods? So we are mired in this because it is the view of the producer class, not the whole picture. There other participants in society. But, frankly, they do not “count” because they do not have enough money. What about the other participants? I did not spend my life trying to accumulate money. What about the views of other observers or participants in the economy? What if I do not want to constantly trade goods all day? Workers have always had an alternative view. They have a good view of the action; they work for the producer class and tend to be more lenient and relaxed about life. The persons lower on the food chain still need to be taught basic principles of maco-economics and principles of monopoly. They should be taught about the danger of bigness, or consolidation.
Human beings are not two-dimensional. If there is something you are not understanding — ask someone. And you should recieve a workers’ reply. Listen to them. It is not just the producers’ characteristic mentality, or meme set, that should be influencing you.
I always say: persons should learn to think.
In all of the advertising and mass media we all experience the same “meme drop” — every day!
